Product Structure：
GS (I) Type Casing Brusher (Hereinafter referred to as casing brusher) is composed of mandrel, centralizing sleeve, steel brush support, steel brush, etc. The centralizing sleeve is installed in the middle of the mandrel. The diameter of the centralizing sleeve is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the casing. It can rotate freely on the mandrel and play the role of centralization when cleaning the inner wall of the casing. Select the center sleeve and steel brush with corresponding size according to different casing inner diameter.
Construction and Principle：
After cleaning the inner wall of the casing with the casing scraper, because the scraper is rigid, there will be a small gap between the scraper and the inner wall of the casing, and some attachments will remain after the scraping operation. At this time, the casing can be further cleaned with a Casing Brusher. The steel brush has toughness and can fully contact the inner wall of the casing to brush the inner wall of the casing; The centralizing sleeve plays the role of centering, so that the steel brush on the circumference can evenly contact with the inside of the casing, and protect the steel brush from excessive extrusion with the inside of the casing.
Care & Maintenance：
After each use, the casing brusher should be cleaned, and do not store it for a long time to prevent the steel brush from
rusting.
Visually inspect all parts. If the steel brush is found to be seriously worn, replace with a new one.
All main parts shall be inspected by flaw detection. During assembly, apply high-quality grease on each thread and
enough antirust oil on other parts to keep the casing brusher in good condition for use.
