GX-X Type Non-rotating Casing Scraper
GX-X Type Non-rotating Casing Scraper is one of the indispensable auxiliary tools for well completion, testing and downhole operation. The main purpose of the scraper is to remove cement, sand, residual bullets, scratches, paraffin, burrs and other attachments from the inner wall of the downhole casing, and protect the inner wall of the casing, so as to facilitate the normal operation of all drilling tools. Type B non rotating scraper is not suitable for drilling operation.

Product Structure：
GX-X Type Non-rotating Casing Scraper (Hereinafter referred to as scraper) is composed of Lower sub, Lower gasket, Blade assembly, Connecting sleeve, Top gasket, Top sub, etc. The center sleeve and the Blade assembly are slide on the lower joint and can rotate freely around the lower joint. Choose different sizes of center sleeve and blade assembly according to the different inner diameter of casing. The structure is shown in the figure.
Construction and Principle：
Before entering the well, the installation size of the scraper blade is larger than the inner diameter of the casing. After entering the well, the scraper blade is forced to press down the spring, and the spring provides the radial tension. When scraping hard material, it can be scraped to the inner diameter of casing after multiple scraping. The scraper is connected to the lower end of the downhole string, and the up and down movement of the string is the axial feed in the scraping process. If it is used to check whether the hole of the casing passed is smooth, do not rotate when the tool passes. If the weight indicator does not show abnormally, it means that the inner wall of the casing is smooth.
Care & Maintenance：
After each use, the scraper should be cleaned, and do not store it for a long time to prevent the blade from rusting.
Check all parts after disassembly. If the spring is damaged or has residual deformation (the free height is significantly
reduced), it must be replaced with a new one.
All main parts shall be inspected by flaw detection. During assembly, apply high-quality grease on each thread and
enough antirust oil on other parts to keep the scraper in good condition for use.
